Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Overview: We offer free standard shipping on all purchases. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5-6 business days (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM IST). Shipping times may vary based on location and order volume.
Since our products are custom-made, occasional delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and will ensure the timely delivery of your order.
2. Shipping Charges Standard shipping is free of charge on all orders.
3. Returns & Exchanges
3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind Neon Burst does not accept returns for customized products. However, if your order arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, and they are responsible for arranging the return shipment. Once the returned item is received and verified, a store credit will be issued for future use. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of the process.
We do not refund shipping charges for returned items.
3.2 Warranty Claims Customers are responsible for pre-paying return shipping fees for warranty claims.
Upon receiving the product, Neon Burst will review the claim and process it within 7 business days. Based on the evaluation, we will either repair or replace the item.
4. Shipping & Delivery 4.1 Domestic Transit Time Domestic shipments typically take 6-8 business days for delivery.
4.2 International Transit Time International orders generally take 8-22 days for delivery, depending on the courier and destination country. The estimated delivery time will be available during checkout.
4.3 Order Dispatch Orders are dispatched within 5-6 business days.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours. We do not process shipments on national holidays, which may result in minor delays.
4.4 Address Changes You can request a change of delivery address before the order has been dispatched.
4.5 Shipping to P.O. Boxes We can only deliver to P.O. box addresses using standard postal services. Courier delivery is not available for P.O. boxes.
4.6 Shipping to Military Addresses Military addresses are supported through postal services. Courier shipping is not available for these locations.
4.7 Out-of-Stock Items If an item in your order is out of stock, we will refund the amount for that item and proceed with shipping the remaining items.
4.8 Delayed Deliveries If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for further assistance.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its progress in real time.
6. Damaged Shipments If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately. If the package is delivered while you are away, report the issue to us as soon as possible.
7. Taxes & Import Fees 7.1 Sales Tax Sales tax is included in the displayed price of all products.
7.2 Import Duties & Customs Fees For international shipments, additional customs fees or import duties may be applicable. During checkout, customers will have the option to prepay these fees or pay them upon arrival in their country.
Prepaying import duties may speed up the delivery process by reducing customs clearance delays.
If a customer refuses to pay customs fees, the package will be returned at their expense, and a refund will be issued for the product cost minus shipping fees.
8. Order Cancellations Orders cannot be canceled or exchanged once they have been placed.
9. Shipping Insurance All shipments are insured against loss or damage up to the declared value.
9.1 Damaged Shipments A refund or replacement will be issued once the courier’s investigation confirms the damage.
9.2 Lost Shipments If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier. Upon confirmation of loss, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
